Foolish or Not?

In the first chapter of Romans, Paul starts to lay out man’s need for salvation. In vs 18 -28, he explains that man is without excuse in their rejection of God. They disavow all the evidence of God. In Vs 22, he calls those that reject God fools. (Psalms 53:1-3) It’s a bit ironic that these people are trying to fool an all-knowing God! They are exchanging the true God for gods they are making themselves to look like immortal gods. It’s a bit amusing but also sad. How many times do we think we can fool God in simple ways? God knows who He is, but do we know who He is?   If we are trying to fool God, then we really don’t know Him. Today is the perfect day to spend time getting to know God. He is the creator of all people, and nobody loves us as much as He does! Rejoice in His love for you!
